Our ACL strength and conditioning program is dedicated to help young or mature athletes prevent knee anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears in the Pasadena and San Gabriel valley communities of Southern California.

Knee ACL non-contact sport injuries are more common among female than male athletes in the same sport and age group except for matured adults.

Once an ACL is torn, even after a surgery, athletic performance may not be the same, and for some may be a total career breaker or suffer from a life-long debilitation.

Whether you or your child is starting a new sport like soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, tennis, or already a seasoned athlete, you want to succeed injury free. It’s important to have a strong foundation of muscles and agility early on to ensure the longevity of the sports performance and young professional aspirations.

The 12-week ACL Bootcamp is a customized individualized program, not a group activity.
