ACL Fitness

Our ACL Strength and Conditioning Program is designed to help both young and adult athletes to reduce non-contact anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries and tears.

Non-contact ACL injuries are more common in female athletes than males within the same sport and age group—except in older adults. Once the ACL is torn, even after surgery, athletic performance often never returns to the same level. For some, it can be a career-ending injury or lead to lifelong limitations.

Whether you or your child is just starting a sport like soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, or tennis—or is already a seasoned athlete—you want to perform injury-free. Building a strong muscular foundation and agility early on is critical to ensuring both the longevity of athletic performance and the pursuit of competitive or professional aspirations.

We recognize that everyone is at a different stage of physical development and recovery. That’s why it’s essential to tailor the program to meet individual needs and goals, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach.
